Vedic Astro Analyst — Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The Vedic Astro Analyst Affiliate Program is open to content creators, influencers, and partners aligned with astrology, spirituality, gemstones, wellness, or related fields. Applicants must:

1. Be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter agreements.
2. Have an active public presence on one or more platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, blogs, etc.).
3. Agree to follow these Terms & Conditions and comply with applicable laws and ad guidelines (e.g., FTC/ASCI).

2. Enrollment & Dashboard Access

After completing registration and approval:

1. Affiliates receive a personalized dashboard with referral links, commission tracking, and resources for promotions.
2. Approval is at our discretion. Applications may be declined for reasons such as misalignment or brand safety concerns.
3. Affiliates must keep payout and contact details up to date.

3. Commission Structure

Commissions are earned on astrology consultations, gemstone purchases, and related services under these rules:

1. Commission Rate: 15% of the final amount received per successful new customer order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. “Final amount received” excludes discounts, taxes, shipping, or fees.
3. No commission applies to canceled, refunded, or fraudulent orders.
4. Self-purchases intended only to trigger commissions are not eligible.
5. Deepak Marketing Agency reserves the right to withhold commissions pending review of suspicious activity.

4. Payouts

Payment terms:

1. Payout Schedule: Commissions are paid on the second Friday of each month.
2. No minimum payout threshold applies.
3. Payment Methods: UPI / Bank Transfer. Affiliates are responsible for accurate payout details.
4. Processing: Allow up to 7 business days after payout date.

5. Barter Collaborations

In addition to commissions, we may offer barter-based collaborations with astrology reports, gemstone samples, or spiritual toolkits.

1. Barter items are for content creation and not for resale unless agreed.
2. Affiliates must create the agreed promotional content (e.g., reels, posts, or reviews).
3. Barter products do not replace monetary commissions; sales-based commissions are tracked separately.

6. Content & Brand Guidelines

All promotional content must:

1. Be honest, authentic, and aligned with Vedic Astro Analyst’s values (ethics, guidance, and wellness).
2. Clearly disclose affiliate relationships (#ad, #sponsored, #affiliate).
3. Avoid exaggerated or unverified claims about astrology or gemstones.
4. Respect cultural and spiritual sensitivity.
5. Deepak Marketing Agency may request edits or reject content not meeting guidelines.

7. Promotion Expectations

We encourage affiliates to actively promote astrology consultations and gemstone services:

1. Use only official affiliate links and creatives provided.
2. Experience or understand the services/products for genuine promotion.
3. Avoid promoting direct competitors within the same content piece.
4. Consistent, quality promotion increases earnings potential.

8. Ownership & Usage Rights

Regarding content:

1. Affiliates retain ownership of their original content but grant Deepak Marketing Agency and Vedic Astro Analyst a license to use it for marketing.
2. We may credit creators where possible, though not always required.
3. Affiliates cannot restrict us from reusing submitted content.

9. Confidentiality

Affiliates must not disclose program-specific information such as reports, internal payouts, unreleased services, or private communications. Breaches may lead to termination and legal action.

10. Termination

The partnership may be ended:

1. By Deepak Marketing Agency, immediately for fraud, misconduct, or policy violations.
2. By affiliates, with written notice at any time.
3. Unpaid commissions may be forfeited if fraud is proven; otherwise, confirmed commissions will be paid.

11. Program Nature & Limitations

This is a performance-based affiliate program, not a salaried role:

1. Income depends on actual sales generated via referral links.
2. Barter offerings are optional and not a replacement for commissions.
3. Affiliates are responsible for their own tax reporting.

12. Modifications

Deepak Marketing Agency may update terms, commissions, or program features. Material changes will be notified via dashboard or email. Continued participation = acceptance.

13. Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

1. Vedic Astro Analyst and Deepak Marketing Agency are not liable for indirect or incidental damages from program participation.
2. Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless against losses from breaches, false claims, or misuse of content.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
