Refunds and Returns for Services (Reports)
As our astrology reports are personalized and handwritten, once a report has been processed, it cannot be returned or refunded. We sincerely request your understanding. However, for any concerns, please reach out to us through our Contact Us page, and we will be happy to assist you.
Refunds and Returns for Orders (Crystals)
While we do not accept returns for crystals, we do understand that situations may arise. If you wish to return a crystal product, kindly initiate the process within 7 days of successful delivery. Once verified, we will issue the refund amount as store credit that can be used for future purchases on our website.
Please note that the credited amount cannot be withdrawn or transferred for other uses, and it is limited solely to making purchases from our online store. We humbly request seekers to place orders mindfully.
Order Replacement for Crystals
For any issues with crystal products (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items), we will gladly offer a replacement. The replacement process will take 4–7 business days after the successful return pickup. To ensure smooth processing, we recommend recording a video when receiving the parcel for verification purposes.
Corrections for Reports
If any corrections are needed in astrology reports, we will process them within 48 hours of receiving your request. Kindly ensure that the details you provide are accurate at the time of booking to avoid delays.
Shipping Costs and Return Process
If an issue arises on our side (such as a faulty or damaged product), we will take full responsibility for the return shipping costs. Once the return has been successfully processed, we will send a replacement or issue store credit at no extra charge.
Exchanges and Store Credit
While direct refunds are not provided, we are happy to issue store credits for future purchases when an order is returned within 7 days of delivery. This ensures that you can continue to enjoy our products and services with ease and flexibility.
