To return your product, please raise a ticket and You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on the recipient’s location. Vedic Astro Analyst does not guarantee a specific delivery time for exchanges. Delivery time may be affected by factors such as shipping method, distance, and customs processing, where applicable.
Vedic Astro Analyst offers free shipping on all orders within India. We partner with reliable and fast courier services, including but not limited to DTDC, Blue Dart, and more. For remote or rural areas where courier services are unavailable, we use Indian Postal Service.
The time required to prepare your order for dispatch depends on whether the crystal needs to be set into jewelry or undergo additional certification beyond the verification provided by our trusted sources. Typically, setting a crystal into a jewelry piece takes about 4-5 days. However, loose crystals or ready-made items are generally dispatched within the same day to 2 days from the date of order.
Please note that the timelines mentioned above may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as shipping delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to adhere to the estimated timelines, we do not guarantee them in such cases but will make every reasonable effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
